Built for aluminium.Run as one process.
A purpose-built Elland facility connecting immersion pre-treatment, automated powder application and in-house laboratory control for architectural aluminium projects.
- Facility
- 28,000 sq ft
- Experience
- 50+ years combined
- Connection
- M62 / Junction 24
01 / Facility
Three disciplines.
One controlled line.
Swallow’s 28,000 sq ft facility was established around the handling and finishing requirements of architectural aluminium.
The workflow keeps pre-treatment, powder application and testing connected under one roof. This allows the team to review incoming material, manage process conditions and assess the finished surface without separating critical stages.
The Elland location is positioned just off Junction 24 of the M62 for access across the North of England.

Prepare. Apply. Test. Keep the chain intact.
Mechanical and chemical testing is carried out in-house to support process and finished-product control.
